ทั้งนี้ทาง ReadyIDC ยังมีทีม Cloud Expert คอยช่วยเหลือ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการย้ายจากแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ มาใช้งานบน Proxmox การปรับแต่งค่าต่างๆ บน Proxmox ในเชิงลึกอีกด้วย
